
Class Types
A wide variety of exercises are performed on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance.

An instructor will guide you throughout our classes to ensure you are performing exercises with the correct technique.

We give you lots of options in our classes to make it easier or more challenging and you can go at your own pace.

Sweet Stretch requires all beginners to take a minimum of 3-5 private lessons before joining reformer classes (More may be necessary this is a case by case basis). Please call/text or email the studio to book your lesson. All sales are final please book appropriately. Classes require a 24 hour cancellation.

Reformer Flow
Reformer flow a medium paced class which works on the entire body with lots of fluidity in a dynamic class to strengthen your body with a touch of burn & sweat.
Restorative Flow
Restorative flow is designed for participants who simply want a slower-paced class. The class flows using slow, focused movements designed to improve your flexibility, balance and posture awareness. It will truly restore your mind and body.
Tower
The Tower is an apparatus that is attached to the Reformer, but offers a more stable surface to work from. Individuals will sit, stand or lie down on a mat and work with resistive springs that are attached to a Tower. The equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning while providing added resistance for core stability, flexibility and lengthening of muscles.​
Reformer/ Tower
Reformer Tower is a combo class. We will start with a warmup and various stretches on the tower. Midway through class we will switch to reformer based exercises. Expect to energize, refresh, lengthen and tone.

Please note all classes require grippy socks to be worn for hygiene and safety purposes. You can bring your own to class or purchase in our studio.
